Doché was born from a simple observation and a desire to fill a gap in the beverage industry. At countless gatherings and celebrations, we noticed that authentic Haitian-inspired drinks, like kremas, were rarely represented. Yet the desire was there. In conversations, around tables, and in moments shared with friends, we kept seeing an appreciation for the flavors we knew and loved, and a longing to see them poured, celebrated, and shared more widely.

That realization became the beginning of Doché. We wanted to give Haitian-inspired drinks the space they deserve, while allowing their traditions to evolve and find their place in today’s world.
